the location was excellent. it was very close to different metro lines. facilities were clean and in good order. the breakfast offered a decent selection.
the room size was somewhat small. i didn't expect it to be quite so compact. (it was a bit of a squeeze) shower pressure was not optimal. temperature control in the shower was difficult to manage.

the location was convenient, near the mare district. i found multiple metro routes close by. the room included a cute inner garden.
The staff seemed unhelpful. They were quite rude. the tv in the room did not work during my whole trip. the room cleaning was inadequate. My plates and glasses were left there.

The team welcomed me with a complimentary drink voucher, which I thought was a nice touch. I found free tea and coffee available in the bar area throughout the day. My room was cleaned daily, so it always felt fresh and tidy. The hotel also offers a peaceful garden space, a perfect spot for relaxation after a busy day..
I noticed some minor wear in the bathroom, needing a bit of refurbishment.
